In order to provide you with the highest quality service we at Ukrainian Translation Studio have adopted the following standards:

We are not an “all languages, all subjects” agency

  • We are only accepting translations into Ukrainian or Russian and we only use verified in-house translators who have a native background in this language and a relevant degree in foreign languages or translation;
  • Whenever the text is beyond the knowledge of our translators and we do not have a specialist reviewer in this field, we prefer to decline this project rather than provide a translation of questionable quality.

We are flexible and easy to do business with

  • Our project managers can be contacted in a plenty of ways, including email, ICQ, Skype and cellphone, for the most of the day;
  • There’s always a person you can contact during weekends or public holidays – please, make sure to check the box “Please treat this message as urgent/top priority” in the Contact us section;
  • We are legally registered as private business entity in Ukraine and we are offering a variety of payment options, from direct bank transfer to iKobo online payment processing service.

We are doing our job up to the mark

  • For every project which requires splitting the work between several translators, a single Lead translator is appointed to establish the glossaries and general style guidelines in addition to any relevant instructions provided by the client;
  • All translations are done using advanced CAT (Computer-Aided Translation) software tools: Trados 6.5 Freelance and SDLX 2004 Standard to ensure the consistency of style and terminology in large projects, and also to save you and us extra time and money;
  • All translations are reviewed by a person independent of translation stage, with special accent not only on accuracy and terminology, but also on fluency of translated text in the target language;
  • For accounting, legal and technically sophisticated texts, an additional third-party review by a qualified specialist in the relevant field is mandatory prior to delivery. On this stage, special attention is paid to professional peculiarities that might have been unknown to translators and reviewer.

We care about safety of our clients

  • To protect our work from accidental loss due to system failure, the full data backup is performed daily on all office PCs;
  • All our translators and reviewers are bound by internal confidentiality agreement to make all your sensitive information secure with us;
  • We are using the latest Kaspersky Anti-Virus software to protect our systems and email messages from malicious intrusions.
